Welcome to Your Golf World, a one-stop entry into booking your perfect golfing break, be it for a small party, or a large group of up to 100 or more, we can take care of all the arrangements.
We have started by offering you a choice of courses and hotels in the heart of the Golfing world - Costa Del Sol, and will be adding the Algarve, Mallorca and other destinations very soon.
With first hand knowledge of all the Spanish courses we offer, our local staff are "up to speed" with suitability and developments at each Golf Club. The Costa Del Sol is a prime destination for all golfers with an abundance of Championship Courses to choose from, all of which we offer are at a discounted rate.

Your booking with us Bookings can be made by telephone or e-mail. Once we have received the booking /request and deposit, we will process your reservation. As soon as we have received all the suppliers' acknowledgements we will send you the confirmation invoice. Upon receipt of full payment we will send you the vouchers which you will need to produce at the relevant golf course or hotel. Once our invoice has been issued you are bound by our terms and conditions. Failure by us to secure your requested reservation will result in a refund of your deposit. (Some hotels and golf courses have special deposit and cancellation requirements; these will be attached to any booking).
Payment A 25% deposit is payable at time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. Payment can be made by cheque or debitcard, payments by creitcard incur a 2% handling fee. Payments by card will appear on your statement under "Villa World"
Currency Surcharges We will absorb any increase of up to 10% of the price. Fluctuation of currency in excess of 10% will be surcharged to clients. Currency exchange rate used as of Sept 2007 is €1.4 = £1.00
Spanish Federation Golf Fee
The Spanish Golf Federation levy a charge on all golfers visiting Spain, approximately 3 Euros, some courses include this in their green fee, where it is not included you will be advised in your confirmation document and the caddy master will charge clients locally.
Tee Times When making your booking you will be asked for your requested days of play, courses and starting time preference. We automatically request the course and preferred times. Whilst we endeavour to meet and honour requests for specific courses, days and times, these are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee we can meet them. In the event this may occur a suitable alternative will be offered.
Golf Clubs reserve the right to make up matches to 4 balls.
Players must arrive at the golf course 15 minutes prior to the booked tee time and produce a valid voucher issued by "Your Golf World" to the golf reception desk. Players arriving late for their tee time may have their reservation rescinded; in this case "Your Golf World" will renounce all claims to any kind of reimbursement. NO SHOWS: reservations made and accepted in writing and not used at the booked tee time, will be considered a no show which will be charged in full. "Your Golf World" will not be liable to a refund as they will be charged in full by the Golf course.
Golf Information
Golf Clubs in Spain enforce handicap limits of 28/36 (some slightly less) it is important that you bring your handicap certificate with you; this could be requested at any time. It is your responsibility to comply.
Most courses will not allow you to play without soft spikes; we recommend all golfers visiting Spain to use soft spike shoes (courses do not allow trainers).
Please observe normal golf dress code (no jeans, short shorts, halters, strapless tops, cut off beach shorts, tee shirts or tank tops. Men must wear golf shirts with a collar).
The normal rules of etiquette and behaviour will apply on all golf courses.
Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Course Marshalls are representatives of the Golf Club management and their instructions must be respected at all times.
Buggies On Spanish courses, buggies are seen as an extra. We are happy to pre-book your buggies, where possible, but these must be paid by client on arrival at the golf course. Where buggies are included in your green fee this will be clearly stated on your confirmation vouchers.
Course Closure We cannot be held responsible for the actual playing conditions of the golf courses whether caused by course maintenance, climatic conditions, etc. We will inform you of the maintenance schedules but these are subject to weather conditions.
In the event of adverse weather, it is at the discretion of the particular golf course in question to stay open or close. If a course stays open and you choose not to play, they will not refund your green fee and "Your Golf World" will not be liable for a refund of green fees. If a course closes due to bad weather please have your voucher stamped by the caddy master, contact us and we will refund this money to you.
Accommodation Accommodation booked is for the sole use of the number advised at the time of booking. Sharing or sub-letting of accommodation is strictly prohibited. "Your Golf World" cannot guarantee that all facilities will be available at all times. Your hotel/apartment reservation is made on behalf of you direct with the relevant establishment. Any matters of dispute about your accommodation should be taken up directly with the establishment at the time of your stay. Under occupancy charges, certain services and Christmas/Easter supplements will apply to advertised rates.
Travel Documents Golf course, Accommodation and other vouchers will either be sent by e-mail, post or issued in person. Please ensure that vouchers are in your possession when arriving at the hotel or golf course. It is your responisbility to ensure you are in possesion of a valid passport and any visa which migh be required. Non British passport holders should check the regulations with the consulates of all the countries they will be visiting.
Resort Development It is inevitable that most resorts will expand and building work is occasionally unavoidable. Local authorities may grant permission to build/alter properties and roads without notice. Unfortunately such developments are beyond our control.
Insurance It is the clients responsibility to ensure adequate peresonal insurance is in place for travelling overseas.
Site Accuracy We have made every effort to ensure the content of our site is accurate but circumstances do change, services may be added or withdrawn, and appearances may change and we cannot be held responsible for such alterations.
Cancellations Any cancellation must be put in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 70 days prior to departure - Deposit only
69 - 60 days prior to departure 50%
59 - 30 days prior to departure 75%
29 days or less prior to departure 100%
