Within the municipality of San Roque is Sotogrande, one of the most luxurious sports developments in Europe.Spread over 2,500 hectares it encompasses all the amenities you could imagine as a compliment to the Polo Club including unspoiled beaches, a world class Marina, incredible bars, restaurants and amazing leisure centre.
Sotogrande is home to the world famous Valderrama course, host to the Volvo Masters and Ryder Cup. This is also home to the Real Club e Golf Sotogrande, which was designed by Robert Jones, however there are other courses in the are well worth visiting including Almenara and La Canada.
